Role Description

Horizons Corporate Advisory is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Executive Secretary to the Managing Partner & Junior Methodology Coordinator to join our team in the Moscow Metropolitan Area. In this dual role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Partner while actively assisting in developing and documenting corporate methodologies. You will help coordinate cross-border projects, facilitate communication across our international network, and support the assessment of governance structures. This on-site position offers a unique opportunity to learn from the ground up, cultivate relationships within a global advisory environment, and progressively build a career in corporate strategy and the implementation of methodologies for our international clientele.

Qualifications

-Foundational understanding of or strong interest in corporate governance, strategic planning, and compliance frameworks.

-Basic awareness of diverse legal systems (e.g., civil law, common law) with a willingness to learn about socialist and common law applications.

-Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or assisting multinational teams in a corporate environment.

-Solid organisational skills with the ability to assist in research, analysis, and the drafting of methodology documents.

-Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in Russian; proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage (Chinese).

-Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and build cross-cultural relationships.

-Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.

-Familiarity with project management principles and standard office tools.

-Previous exposure to corporate advisory, legal, or consulting environments is an asset, but a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the firm is paramount.
