Member Service Team Jobs in Boston at Republic Fitness
We are looking for part-time enthusiastic customer service oriented person(s) to work our member service desk for a minimum of 2 of the following days/times:
- Mondays-Fridays 8am-12pm
- Mondays-Fridays 12pm-4pm
Our member service team provides legendary service to our members and guests and play an integral role in creating the first impression of who we are to anyone walking in our door. They greet and acknowledge members and guests, check in members, answer phones and direct calls appropriately, as well as assist members and guests with inquiries about our memberships, programs and policies. Our member service staff are important members of our team and value a teamwork-focused environment. Skills, Experience, Education:
- Commitment to providing top notch customer service and some experience working in a fast paced customer service role.
- Experience working with a diversity of people.
- Team player who approaches challenges in a creative and positive manner.
- History of conflict resolution, active listening, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communicator – good listening, writing and oral communication skills.
- Organized, flexible and resourceful.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks at once, handle multiple projects simultaneously and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer-savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Passion for Republic’s vision, mission and core values.
- High School equivalent or higher.
