We are seeking a dynamic and friendly MedSpa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our wellness and aesthetic center. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking beauty and health treatments. You will also be hands on using our body contouring machine which will give you a great opportunity to have direct interaction with clients. Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls efficiently
- Maintain appointment calendars using scheduling software and coordinate with practitioners for seamless service delivery
- Handle data entry tasks accurately, including client information, treatment records, and billing details
- Be excited to be hands on with body contouring
- Be savvy with social media – will need to post on a regular basis
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and other relevant software to streamline daily operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk or office management roles within a medical or spa setting preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional environment
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Social media expertise is a huge benefit
- Personal assistant or calendar management experience will be considered a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
