Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Medical Spa Receptionist/Esthetician to join our team. This dual-role position requires a dynamic individual who can provide exceptional front desk support while also performing esthetic treatments. Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the spa’s booking system.
- Process payments, maintain client records, and handle administrative tasks.
- Educate clients about available treatments, promotions, and skincare products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire spa.
Esthetician Duties:
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and a variety of other treatments.
- Assess clients’ skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care regimens.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare techniques, treatments, and products.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety protocols.
- Provide a high level of customer service and follow up with clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Esthetician license required.
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and medical-grade products.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic administrative duties.
- Professional demeanor with a passion for customer service and skincare.
