Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in data entry tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive office environment.

Responsibilities

Input, update, and maintain accurate data into databases and spreadsheets
Create and update reports using Excel, including pivot tables
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Ensure data integrity and security by conducting regular data audits
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with numbers
Basic math skills for calculations and data analysis
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with databases and office equipment
Previous experience in data entry or clerical work is a plus
