Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate smooth check-in processes using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Collect and document vital signs, patient history, and current medications accurately to support clinical assessments
- Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks
- Manage appointment scheduling
- Support medical documentation by maintaining precise medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort throughout the visit
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a clinical setting such as hospital medicine or outpatient clinics is a plus
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in managing patient intake, vital signs collection, and documentation processes
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and service excellence
- Ability to adapt quickly to clinical environments
