We’re looking for someone who naturally enjoys taking care of people and creating exceptional experiences. Someone who smiles easily, communicates confidently, notices the little things, and takes pride in making each patient’s visit seamless from beginning to end.
This is much more than answering phones. This is a hospitality-driven role in a boutique healthcare and medspa setting.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome every patient warmly and professionally from the moment they walk through the door.
- Answer incoming calls with confidence, kindness, and efficiency.
- Guide new and existing patients through scheduling appointments that best meet their needs.
- Take ownership of the daily schedule by filling cancellations and helping providers maintain productive schedules.
- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out.
- Collect payments and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient information and ensure all required forms are completed correctly.
- Communicate clearly with providers and clinical staff to keep the office running smoothly.
- Respond promptly to voicemails, text messages, and patient inquiries.
- Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is helpful:

- Luxury hospitality

- Customer service
Experience with electronic medical records and scheduling software is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
