GameDay is now hiring a full – time Medical Receptionist at its Gainesville clinic. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for:
– Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text
– Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text
– Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials
– Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff
– Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment
Skills and Qualifications:
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to multitask effectively
– Strong writing skills. Most patients text into our practice so you will be responsible for fielding these questions.
– Team player mentality and positive outlook! This position is ideal for someone who is a people person and enjoys seeing others change their life for the best!

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
