Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic medical Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front desk staff, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes and outstanding guest service
- Oversee reservation management, room assignments, and billing procedures to maximize revenue opportunities
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while managing multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly with a solution-oriented attitude, turning challenges into positive experiences
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Implement training programs to develop team skills in customer service, hotel management, and hospitality standards
- Manage staffing schedules, human resources functions, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or hotel management setting with strong leadership skills
- Extensive hotel experience with a thorough understanding of front desk operations, guest services, and resort management
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of revenue management strategies, budgeting, and hospitality management practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Familiarity with human resources functions including hiring, training, and team development
- Experience with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
