Job Description:
Healthy Way Medspa is seeking a professional, highly organized and friendly full-time receptionist to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have a background in one or more of the following, aesthetics, medical assisting, spa or clinical experience, and will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting our staff, and ensuring a smooth operation of our clinic. Speaking Spanish is a plus, but not a must have.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
– Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, treatments, and prices.
– Assist in client check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms.
– Support the team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling client records.
– Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies when necessary.
– Promote services and products to clients with enthusiasm and knowledge.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a receptionist, medical assistant, or in a similar role within the aesthetics or healthcare industry is preferred.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
– Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
– A friendly demeanor and customer-centric attitude.
– Knowledge of aesthetic treatments or medical terminology is a plus.
