Immediate opening, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist Front desk to join our healthcare team at busy Chiropractic and Acupuncture practice. Career job. Great Benefits. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Inputting patient info, billing
- Manage phone systems to answer calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Verify patient insurance information and handle billing inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate efficient patient flow within the clinic.
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office or dental clinic setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical administrative support functions and front desk operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
