Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Greeting patients with a welcoming smile and a positive attitude
- Managing patient check-in, appointments, and insurance processing
- Handling phone inquiries, scheduling, and maintaining the flow of the office
- Collaborating with the team to ensure patients receive exceptional care
- Keeping the front desk organized and efficient
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer-focused attitude – You understand the importance of patient delight and know how to make every visitor feel valued.
- Strong communication skills – Whether in person or on the phone, you’re clear, friendly, and professional.
- Tech-savvy – You’re comfortable with scheduling software (experience with ChiroTouch is a plus) and basic computer tasks.
- Multi-tasker Extraordinaire – You can juggle different tasks without breaking a sweat!
