We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to become part of our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they call or walk through the door.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule patient appointments by phone and in person
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes
- Collect and update patient information and required documentation
- Maintain accurate scheduling and daily appointment updates
- Communicate effectively with providers, clinicians, and staff regarding scheduling needs and patient concerns
- Help ensure smooth daily clinic operations between the front desk and phone room
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, patience, and compassion

- Prior scheduling or medical office experience preferred
