We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused receptionist to join our rapidly growing psychiatric practice on a full-time basis. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, organized, and energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. The schedule includes Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient experience by scheduling appointments via phone, email, text, and patient portal.
- Seamlessly manage patient scheduling and rescheduling with a focus on personalized, friendly service
- Conduct insurance eligibility checks and verification with attention to accuracy
- Process patient self-pay fees, copays, and coinsurance payments efficiently
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
- Possess a natural understanding of hospitality and its role in enhancing patient care.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills with ease.
- Have flexibility in work schedule to meet the needs of the practice.
- Show a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
- Have experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Athena, Qure4u, RingCentral and Microsoft Outlook.

Salary: $20 /hour
Candidate must be willing to travel within 3 of our offices in: Kendall Lakes, Hialeah and Pines (University).
