Medical Receptionist Jobs in San Gabriel at Quality Dialysis
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to support our medical office. Patients, visitors and medical staff will turn to you for basic questions. Our medical receptionist should be efficient and well-spoken no experience is necessary, we will train you on everything. If you are patient, computer-savvy and can multitask, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to ensure the smooth workflow of our office, so that our patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities
- Receive and assist patients as needed
- Setup patient appointments
- Pull medical records when patients arrive
- Manage office communications (e.g. phone, correspondence)
- Input basic information in our EMR system
Skills.
- General Knowledge of computers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Patience and discretion
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Speaking Cantonese, Mandarin or Spanish is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
