Medical Front Office Spine and Scoliosis Clinic

How you’ll make an impact in this role:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Spine and Scoliosis unit, greeting visitors and managing the end-to-end check-in/out process while ensuring all demographic documentation is accurate.
• Facilitate seamless patient access by obtaining and verifying complex insurance authorizations and precertifications prior to treatment.
• Streamline office workflow by managing medical record release requests and coordinating high-volume scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.
• Oversee daily revenue cycle tasks, including submitting procedure charges, collecting co-payments, and performing rigorous reconciliation of daily reports and deposits.
• Maintain unit efficiency by providing comprehensive clerical assistance and general office support to clinical staff and management.

What minimum qualifications you’ll need:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
