Schedule: Day shift | Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
How you’ll make an impact in this role:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Spine and Scoliosis unit, greeting visitors and managing the end-to-end check-in/out process while ensuring all demographic documentation is accurate.

Facilitate seamless patient access by obtaining and verifying complex insurance authorizations and precertifications prior to treatment.

Streamline office workflow by managing medical record release requests and coordinating high-volume scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.

Oversee daily revenue cycle tasks, including submitting procedure charges, collecting co-payments, and performing rigorous reconciliation of daily reports and deposits.

Maintain unit efficiency by providing comprehensive clerical assistance and general office support to clinical staff and management.
What minimum qualifications you’ll need:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
