Are you a Medical Assistant or CNA looking for a change? Our client is hiring NOW for a Medical Front Office Receptionist. This position is contract long-term with an hourly rate of pay at $23.00 per hour. Office hours are Monday – Friday (8:00 am to 4:00 pm & 7:15 am – 5:30 pm). General Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors as they enter the lobby
Assist patients with checking in for their appointment
Answer a multi-line phone system and transfer callers if needed
Prepare paperwork for patient appointments
Data entry into a database computer system
General Requirements:
Prior professional office medical experience is required
Medical terminology knowledge
EMR medical database experience is highly desired
