Medical Assistant / Receptionist – Lean Lab – Westlake Village, CA Part-Time | Mon – Fri | 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM $20.00 to $24.00/hr
About Us
Lean Lab Medical Center is a boutique weight loss and medical aesthetics clinic in Westlake Village specializing in medically supervised weight loss, body contouring, muscle sculpting, IV therapy, and regenerative health optimization.
The Role
A hybrid clinical and front office position supporting both patient care and daily clinic operations. Starts at 24 hours per week with a clear path to full-time as the practice grows.
Responsibilities
Clinical:
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Assist provider with treatment room preparation and patient setup
- Support clinical staff during procedures as directed by supervising provider
- Ensure clinical supplies are stocked and organized
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation
Front Office:
- Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Collect intake forms and process payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
Qualifications
- MA certification preferred, relevant experience considered
- Phlebotomy/Venipuncture experience mandatory
- Minimum 1 year medical office experience
- Comfortable in both clinical and administrative roles
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
- Professional demeanor consistent with a luxury practice
