Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medspa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical environment. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations at our front desk and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients visiting our medspa. This position will be primarily at our Naperville location with occasional coverage at our New Lenox location. The hours would be scheduled between 9a and 8p, Mon-Fri.
Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
- Ensure accurate patient information is collected and maintained.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Communicate in a knowlegeable and friendly manner our services and products.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk role required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to converse easily and effectively with clients about services and products.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using office equipment and software relevant to front desk operations.
