Hiring: Marketplace Lister & Yard Admin — $15–$17/hr — Indianapolis
Busy auto recycling yard in Indianapolis hiring one person to help us run the Facebook Marketplace side of the business and keep the office in order.
The job in plain English:
- Take good photos of parts and cars, list them on Marketplace, write decent descriptions
- Answer the messages that come in (this is half the job — fast replies = more sales)
- Tag parts so customers can find them
- Keep keys and titles organized
- Handle the paperwork when we sell a car — bill of sale, title work, buyer info
- Pay attention to what sells and what doesn’t, help us price smarter
You’d be a fit if:
- You’re good with a computer and a phone
- You’re organized without being reminded
- You write clearly and stay polite even when people are difficult
- You show up when you say you will
- Auto knowledge is a bonus, not required — we’ll teach you
The basics:
- $15–$17/hour based on experience
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- In person at our Indianapolis yard
