Maintenance Associate Jobs in Beloit, WI at Avid Pallet Services, LLC
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Ensure the inside and outside of all buildings are clean and upkept, including but not limited to vacuuming walls, rafters, ducts, vents, and all machines when needed.
· Clean and maintain all forklifts, machinery, and compressors on a weekly schedule.
· Assist in the repair and/or installation of various machine parts, systems, or components.
· Perform minor repairs to the buildings as necessary.
· Assist the Maintenance Manager in the completion of daily tasks.
· Maintain tools and/or equipment to ensure all equipment is in safe operating condition.
· Perform grounds related functions, including but not limited to filling potholes and snow removal.
· Assist Plant Managers and Plant Supervisors with building or machine questions or concerns.
· Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms for different processes.
· Report inventory needs to Maintenance Manager.
· Comply with all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications:
· At least one year of Maintenance or similar experience.
· Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from management.
· Knowledge of general maintenance principles, practices, and techniques.
· Ability to report for work on time and as scheduled for every shift as required.
· Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
