Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, package, and process outgoing mail and shipments using carriers such as USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, and other courier services.
- Maintain accurate tracking records for all incoming and outgoing packages to ensure accountability and timely delivery.
- Operate mailroom equipment including postage meters, label printers, scanners, copiers, and other office equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and restock supply closets and distribution areas as needed.
- Support facility operations by assisting with conference room setups, office moves, and other workplace support tasks when needed.
- Provide friendly and responsive customer service to employees, vendors, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures when handling confidential documents and packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mailroom environment.
- Support team operations by assisting with additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.

- Careful attention to detail when verifying shipping documentation and packing materials

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate mailroom, logistics, or facilities environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and common mailroom tracking tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
Physical Demands
This position is based in a professional corporate environment and may require regular physical activity, including:
- Lifting and carrying packages and office materials
- Walking throughout the facility to distribute mail and supplies
- Standing for extended periods while processing shipments and organizing deliveries
