What You’ll Do:
- Be the first and last impression—greet every guest with warmth & professionalism
- Create a polished, high-end experience that sets our salon apart
- Upsell services & recommend retail to enhance the guest’s results
- Ensure every guest pre-books their next visit for consistency & retention
- Follow up via calls, texts & emails—build lasting client relationships
- Track & exceed daily, weekly & monthly sales goals—be a revenue driver!
- Lead salon tours to introduce guests to our full range of services & products
- Encourage 5-star reviews & referrals to grow our guest base
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk & retail space
- Social media management required
