Key Responsibilities – Greeter:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership
• Assist with service check‒ins and direct guests to sales or service staff
• Answer basic questions and provide general dealership information
• Help ensure every visitor receives the exceptional experience expected from a Mercedes‒Benz dealership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Support administrative tasks such as phone calls, appointment confirmations, and guest logs
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, sales consultants, and management

Qualifications:

• 
  Previous customer service or front‒desk experience preferred
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Ability to multitask in a fast‒paced environment
• Basic computer and phone system proficiency
• Reliable, punctual, and team‒oriented
•
