He/She is responsible for maintaining the policies & procedures established for the records keeping of the nursing facility to comply with all regulation, both State, Federal & Health Information Management Standards. He/She is responsible for assembling, performing the concurrent reviews as outlined by company policy, storing & protecting the clinical records & maintaining an organized records system for both active & discharged files for prompt retrieval.
He/She will report to the Director of Nursing
