Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) – Minnesota
Join the team and become part of a collaborative healthcare environment focused on compassionate, patient-centered care. We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support clinic operations and assist providers in delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages.
Pay Range: $24.50/hr – $32.77/hr

Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting providers with patient care and clinic flow.
- Administering immunizations, injections, and medications.
- Performing clinical and clerical duties.
- Supporting communication between patients and providers.
- Assisting with prescription refills and prior authorizations.
- Performing phlebotomy and laboratory duties as needed.
- Front desk/check-in support and supply management.
- Additional clinical support duties based on specialty/location
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota Practical Nursing (PN/LPN) License
- Current BLS Certification
- Previous clinical experience required
