Key Responsibilities For The Logistics Documentation Specialist
- Prepare and process export documents including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Support invoicing, accounts receivable, and vendor invoice review
- Assist with logistics coordination and operational support
Qualifications For The Logistics Documentation Specialist
- 1-2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, customer service, or related field
- Exposure to shipping, documentation, or supply chain processes preferred
