– You will manage customs documents for exports.

– You will handle order transport requests.

– You will research missing information for export compliance of customer accounts.

– You will participate in the management of Kanban cards and supplier orders.

– You will update container tracking dashboards.

– You have a college diploma (DEC) in supply chain or logistics.

– You have 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics.

– You communicate well in French and English (we will communicate with suppliers in both languages).

– You are organized and know how to manage priorities.
