DHF Law is looking for a diligent, hard-working team member who excels at detailed oriented tasks.
Job Duties
- Assist attorneys in managing a high volume of cases to ensure compliance with all deadlines.
- Draft demand letters.
- Assist in ensuing timely resolution of all cases.
- Liaise with clients to gather documents and provide case updates via in-person written correspondence, telephone, and email.
- Perform general office administrative duties, including prepare and mail US/UPS/Fed Ex packages, and other duties as assigned.
- 40+ hours per week.
Education Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in a law firm assisting in litigation matters required.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong written and communication skill required.
- Perfect grammar required.
- Extremely organized.
- Self-starter.
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Able to problem solve.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and reliable.
- Able to handle highly stressful situations and clients.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary; negotiable depending on experience. Eligible for discretionary bonuses based on merit and firm profitability.
- Medical, dental, and other benefits offered after completing 3-month probationary period.
