I am looking for someone wants to change carrier, ready to grow- who enjoys helping others stay organized, solve problems, simplify everyday life, and build meaningful professional relationships. If you enjoy both creating an organized home and helping an executive operate at their best, you’ll likely thrive in this position. Some days you’ll be helping with business projects, emails, meetings, or travel. Other days you might be organizing a closet, researching the best place to buy home décor, planning a weekend trip, finding the best deals online, or helping make a home feel more welcoming.

This role is about 50% Lifestyle & Household Management and 50% Executive & Business Support. Living arrangement is included in the package. You don’t need years of experience or any specific background. I value attitude, character, emotional intelligence, curiosity, and the willingness to learn far more than a perfect resume.

Relationship & Executive Support:

A unique part of this position is helping create a positive experience for the people I work with. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, making introductions, helping conversations flow naturally, remembering names and important details, and making clients, colleagues, and guests feel welcomed and appreciated.

During meetings, conferences, and business travel, you’ll help create a professional, organized, and engaging environment by:

  • Welcoming guests and helping everyone feel comfortable.
  • Offering coffee or tea and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
  • Assisting with introductions and networking opportunities.
  • Taking detailed meeting notes and tracking follow-up items.
  • Helping maintain schedules and meeting flow.
  • Remembering important details about clients and business relationships.
  • Following up on commitments after meetings.
  • Managing emails and calendars.
  • Planning meetings and business travel.
  • Helping ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and genuine hospitality.

Lifestyle & Household Management

An equally important part of this role is helping keep everyday life organized. This includes things like:

  • Closet organization and seasonal wardrobe planning, shopping assistance.
  • Helping decorate and organize living spaces.
  • Finding deals, comparing products, and making smart purchasing decisions.
  • Planning vacations, weekend trips, restaurants, and local activities.
  • Running errands and helping with day-to-day projects.
  • Coordinating appointments, deliveries, and household services.

Pay: From $32,000.00 per year
