Our client, an wealth management advisory located in North York is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive a Licenced Sales Assistant to join their team. This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to their Senior Wealth Advisor playing a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient administrative assistance and client experience. The successful candidate will support day-to-day activities, client

communication

, transaction processing, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Client

Communication

Respond to client inquiries by phone and email

Handle client correspondence and maintain professional client relations

Transaction Processing Assist with processing and confirming client transactions

Execute trade orders under direction and follow up on account transfers and documentation

Administrative Support Maintain account lists and client files

Compile reports and statistical data as required

Prepare documentation for client meetings and reviews

Client Service Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring accurate and

up-to-date

information

Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently

Marketing & Business Development Support marketing initiatives, client events, and presentations

Help identify potential revenue opportunities within the existing client base General Office Administration Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Prepare correspondence and maintain office supplies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required;  post-secondary

education

in finance, business, or a related field is an asset

Experience:

Prior experience in a financial services or investment advisory environment preferred

Certifications:

Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is required

Skills:

Excellent

communication

and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills with exceptional

attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Proficiency with MS Office and industry-related platforms
