Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Licensed Administrative Assistants to support our rapidly growing team in our Southeast Denver office. Team fit and values alignment are our first priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing for meetings.
  • Assist advisors with completing necessary tasks and paperwork to support the financial planning process and client service.
  • Prepare and process financial documents, such as account applications and transfer forms.
  • Handle client inquiries and service requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications and maintain client records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate and organize special client events and meetings.
  • Ensure the office maintains a professional appearance and is welcoming to clients and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, in-person and over the phone.
  • High level of service orientation toward team and clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Must pass a background check, credit check, and be willing to undergo fingerprinting as per regulatory requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Interest to grow into a Servicing Advisor
  • Previous CRM database management experience (ACT, Salesforce, Redtail, etc.).

Education and Experience:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • FINRA Series 6 & 65 or 7 & 66 licenses required.
  • Life, health, and long-term care insurance licenses preferred.
  • Previous experience in a financial services environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $69,000.00 per year
