Legal Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys
  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files
  • Handle general office and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of legal support experience
  • Strong proofreading, grammar, and formatting skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple attorneys and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word
  • Familiarity with legal office procedures
  • Willingness to work on site 5 days a week
