Overview
We are looking for a sharp, organized, and persuasive professional to serve as the first point of contact for our law firm. This is not a passive receptionist role. You will handle inbound calls and inquiries from potential clients who have already reached out to us, guide them through the next steps, and help convert those conversations into scheduled consultations and retained clients.
If you can control a conversation, build trust quickly, and follow up without dropping the ball, you’ll do well here. If you’re just looking to “answer phones,” this isn’t the job.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries from potential clients
- Guide callers through initial questions and position the firm confidently
- Schedule consultations and ensure prospects show up
- Follow up consistently with warm leads (no cold calling) until they retain or decline
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our CRM system
- Keep the front office organized and professional at all times
- Communicate clearly with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth client intake
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills—you can take control of a call without sounding pushy
- Relentless follow-up habits (most people fail here)
- Organized and detail-oriented—you don’t lose track of leads or conversations
- Comfortable handling sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or intake is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without making excuses

Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
