This is a role for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and confident managing competing priorities.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Full file management from initial client intake through to closing
  • Coordinating and scheduling all appointments, meetings, discoveries, and court dates
  • Managing calendars and diarizing critical deadlines to keep lawyers on track
  • Preparing legal documents including memoranda, correspondence etc
  • Liaising with clients, lawyers, and court staff to ensure a seamless experience
  • Filing E-documents
