Law firm in Maitland is seeking an energetic candidate to join a fast paced work environment. Must be able to multi-task, as well as be a detail oriented individual with strong organizational skills. The position requires the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Candidate must be able to adapt well and quickly to all personalities and situations. Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of prior law firm and/or office environment experience.
Responsibilities include assisting Paralegals with filing court documents, attend to incoming calls, data entry, mail, etc. Must be willing to become a Florida notary after hire, or already have a Florida notary certification. This position will work from our office in Maitland, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with a willingness to learn and looking to grow within the firm; training will be provided. Compensation is $20 per hour. The firm pays for 50% of healthcare benefits for employees and their families. The firm also provides two weeks of paid vacation, sick time and matching 401k after 90 days of employment.
