Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Leasing Agent / Office Administrator to join our team in Woodward, OK. In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable handling both leasing and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours of the community
- Manage the full leasing process, including applications, approvals, and move-ins
- Conduct thorough background checks, verify income documentation and process applications with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for property upkeep and ensure units are move-in ready; document property conditions using Property Management Software
- Handle lease renewals and maintain resident retention efforts
- Respond to resident inquiries and assist with service requests
- Support rent collections and follow up on outstanding balances as needed
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Maintain organized and accurate leasing and resident files
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and handling administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
- Experience with AppFolio Property Management software is a plus
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
