Job Summary:
As the Lead Generator at Jordahl Custom Homes, you are the first point of contact for online inquiries and a key partner to our sales team. You play a critical role in responding to and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate and appealing home listings, and ensuring our website and CRM support a seamless buyer journey.
This role blends inside sales, relationship building, and digital listing management. You will guide prospective buyers from initial inquiry through qualification and appointment scheduling, while keeping our online presence current, organized, and professional. You succeed by being responsive, detail‑oriented, and proactive — ensuring no lead falls through the cracks and every listing reflects the quality of our homes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from phone, email, website forms, and listing platforms
- Qualify buyer leads using established questions and criteria
- Document all lead activity, notes, and follow‑ups in the CRM
- Nurture warm leads until they are ready for a sales appointment
- Schedule appointments and coordinate handoff to the sales team
- Maintain accurate, current home listings on Zillow and related platforms
- Refresh and update listing descriptions to keep homes appealing and competitive
- Upload, organize, and manage listing photos, videos, virtual tours, and attachments
- Update listing status, pricing, features, and availability as needed
- Ensure consistency between online listings, the company website, and CRM records
- Post and update available home listings on the company website
- Remove outdated or sold listings and archive them appropriately
- Perform routine audits to ensure accuracy across all online platforms
- Respond to basic inquiries generated through listing platforms
- Assist with posting open houses and online events
- Follow up with prospects related to events or open house inquiries
- Maintain organized digital files related to homes, listings, and sales materials
- Track lead and listing activity and assist with basic reporting
- Clean and maintain database accuracy, including duplicate removal
- Support sales operations through light administrative tasks
- Proofread and prepare listing descriptions and sales materials
- Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination as needed
- Provide professional, customer‑focused communication at all times
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills
- Customer‑focused mindset with inside sales or lead qualification experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Comfort working in a CRM and online platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift tasks as needed
- Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or office administration preferred
- Real estate or housing industry experience a plus, but not required
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
