Job Description
- Manage regional strategic merchants and payment service providers across travel, entertainment and retail industries from end-to-end, including commercial negotiations and user flows.
- Drive growth with regional merchants through joint marketing campaigns to meet aligned business metrics, and also innovative payment initiatives across multi-markets.
- Ideate new payment, as well as broader financial solutions with strategic regional partners to deepen relationships at regional-level.
- Project owner of key regional partnership initiatives that include internal and external cross-functional and local teams.
- Identify competitors and cross-market learnings and monitor the latest trends to improve product conversion and provide recommendations on how regional or local teams can best leverage new strategies or tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Exposure to partnerships, project or account management
- Growth mindset with eagerness to pick up new skills and knowledge
- Strong excel skills
- Ability to navigate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
