Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IVF Coordinator with experience in reproductive fertility setting to join our team. Experience in IVF billing is mandatory for this job. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the cycle coordinating processes, ensuring accuracy in patient care, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of fertility clinical concepts, medical practice, and excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with patients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients undergoing IVF, IUI, FET and egg freezing cycles.
- Coordinate and track treatment cycles from baseline to retrieval/transfer
- Monitor results and relay critical updates to staff.
- Assist with ordering medications and educate patients regarding medication protocol, cycle instruction and follow up care.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Azalea software is preferable.
Experience
- Please only apply if you have an IVF and fertility experience.
- 2+ years experience in fertility, OB/GYN, reproductive health or similar medical coordination role.
- Strong understanding of IVF cycle process and related terminology.
- EXCELLENT communication, compassion, and patient support skills.
- HIGH attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active cycles simultaneously.
- STRONG computer and EMR documentation skills.
- Ability to protect confidential patient information (HIPAA compliance certified).
- Interest in long-term career advancement while helping move the company forward alongside our clinical team.
