Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy professional to fill a unique dual-role position combining IT support and in-home care administration. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and capable of managing both technical systems and client care operations.

Responsibilities:

IT Specialist Duties:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot computers, networks, and software systems
  • Provide technical support to staff and clients
  • Manage data security, backups, and system updates
  • Oversee setup of new devices and software installations

In-Home Care Administrator Duties:

  • Coordinate client appointments with sales staff
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Making calls, sending text messages and writing emails

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
