Position: Inventory Specialist I

Join to apply for the Inventory Specialist I role at Vie Med Healthcare.

** Responsibilities:**

Work with other Inventory Specialists to ensure remote staff have adequate supplies and equipment.

Communicate with and support remote staff.

Ensure purchases and receiving are completed following policy and procedure.

Track rental equipment and ensure proper handling and storage.

Support and maintain inventory items in tracking software.

Reconcile inventory with remote staff.

Perform other duties/projects as assigned.

* Qualifications:

**

2 years of experience in inventory operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior ERP experience (Bonafide).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

** Physical Demands:**

Sitting at a desk.

Operation of office equipment and computers.
