How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:
- Support daily administrative and operational activities within the assigned department.
- Assist with data management, documentation, reporting, and other departmental projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
What are we looking for?
- Final-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or other related majors).
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
