Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the City of Cape Town for an Internal Junior Operations Co-Ordinator. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Operations Administrator to support our daily business operations across inventory management, reporting, and e-commerce platforms as well as coordinating internal processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, comfortable working with data, and eager to grow within a fast-paced operational environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Administrative Assistance for effective task coordination and process handling.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to successfully interact with diverse teams and clients.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and contribute to operational improvement. Strong Microsoft Excel Skills is a strong requirement.
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with standard office software and tools. Exposure to SAGE, Accumatica and SQL would be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Takealot, Amazon) would be benenficial as well as familiarity with HTML/CSS or basic web updates.
