Producer Trainee – Chinese
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Receptionist & Insurance Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to grow into a licensed insurance producer over time.
Key Responsibilities (Initial Role)
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone, providing excellent first impressions.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage office communications.
- Support producers with administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, and document preparation.
- Maintain organized records of client files and office systems.
- Assist with preparing simple insurance documents (e.g., health insurance forms) under supervision.
Account Manager Support (Client Service)
- Explain basic policy information to clients and handle routine service requests.
- Update client records, process beneficiary changes, and assist with policy adjustments.
- Monitor claim status and coordinate with carriers to help ensure fair resolution for clients.
- Support producers/account managers in reviewing insurance programs and suggesting improvements.
Growth Path to Licensed Producer
- Receive training and mentorship in insurance knowledge, compliance, and sales skills.
- Prepare to obtain an insurance producer license (company assistance available).
- Progress to helping clients design customized insurance programs and provide risk management solutions.
- Develop skills to manage policy reviews, renewals, and client consultations independently.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
