Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused team member to join our growing automotive restyling and upfitting business.

This is not just a receptionist role. This position plays a key role in our sales process by managing incoming leads, supporting our sales team, and ensuring customers have a smooth and consistent experience from first contact through completion.

You will work with a variety of customers including retail clients, car dealerships, and commercial/fleet accounts.

Responsibilities:

Customer Communication and Lead Management

  • Answer incoming phone calls and greet walk-in customers
  • Respond to text messages, emails, and online inquiries
  • Gather customer and vehicle information
  • Enter and track leads in the CRM system

Follow-Up and Pipeline Management

  • Follow up with new leads (same day and next day)
  • Maintain communication with customers who have open quotes
  • Re-engage older or inactive leads
  • Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date

Sales Support

  • Assist in building quotes and estimates
  • Send proposals to customers
  • Help schedule installations and appointments
  • Support the sales team to keep jobs moving forward

Customer Coordination

  • Provide status updates to customers
  • Communicate with internal teams including sales, parts, and production
  • Help ensure jobs are properly prepared before installation

Administrative Support

  • Assist with data entry and basic office tasks as needed
  • Provide occasional support to the office manager

Qualifications:

Required

  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM or business software
  • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented

Preferred

  • Automotive industry experience (aftermarket, dealership, or service)
  • Experience with CRM systems (such as HubSpot)
  • Background in customer service or inside sales

Schedule:

Full-time
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Performance-based incentives available

About the Role:

This position is a critical part of our front-end team. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and will help ensure no opportunities are missed. The right candidate is organized, responsive, and takes ownership of their work.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
