Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise administrative functions for department effectiveness
• Manage and control budgets for projects and equipment
• Hire and conduct training for staff members
• Organize and maintain office inventory
• Assist in executing financial audits and preparing reports
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting programs
• Valid CPR Certificate and driver’s license
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Legal authorization to work in Canada required
