Image Processor
Job Summary:
Image Processor (IP)/ Data Entry is responsible for processing data and maintaining documentation with accuracy and compliance. Performs a variety of support duties within the company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Updating the Intrex insurance tracking database from insurance and other documents.
- Heads-up data processing decisions utilizing training and industry knowledge.
- Auditing reports.
- Engaging clients and/or other individuals as necessary to update records.
- Performs other related duties and supports other departments as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to define and resolve problems.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under strict time constraints and deadlines along with flexibility as needed.
- Ability to adapt to peak periods under heavy workloads.
- Attention to detail with basic mathematical concepts.
- Proficiency required along with few to no errors in processing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Insurance knowledge is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
Please Note: The salary range represents the low and high end of what may be paid for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range, and compensation decisions may be influenced by factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 – $17.50 per hour
