This role involves reporting to the Director of AML and Regulatory Compliance. You will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the accurate processing of regulatory filings and managing compliance databases. Collaborate effectively with various business units to maintain compliance standards and deliver quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and manage regulatory compliance database operations

• Lead the quarterly compliance attestation process company-wide

• Administer policy acknowledgment and compliance training

• Prepare timely regulatory filings with OSFI and FINTRAC

• Provide diverse administrative support including invoicing and meeting coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in administrative roles

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong ability to manage confidential and sensitive information

• Experience with compliance management software is beneficial
