What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments
- Optimize technician routes for maximum efficiency & minimal drive time
- Communicate with technicians to ensure on-time arrivals
- Match the right technician to the right job
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Make “Happy Calls” after service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Input and update customer information in dispatching software
- Manage maintenance agreements and scheduling
- Order parts and coordinate job needs
- Perform basic clerical and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Apple/Mac familiarity is a plus)
- Ability to learn dispatching software quickly
- Team player who works well with others
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle difficult situations
Requirements:
- Clean background (no criminal history)
- Must pass drug screening
HVAC or dispatch experience is a plus—but NOT required. We will train the right person.
